In addition to the music-oriented biographical information on the previous page, I thought I'd give some insight into some of the people who have helped guide both my personal and my professional life.

My father, Bob Bishop, being a professional musician himself, had a profound influence on me.

My father's great friend Ida Hutchison helped me get started with my solo act and provided tremendous inspiration for my various pursuits.

My father's parents, Louis and Louise Poltevecque, gave both my dad and me a solid foundation in life.
